Working with and Developing System-level Leaders and Senior Leadership Teams

We have worked with a variety of schools districts, district leaders, and district senior leadership teams across the US to: a) cultivate and  support their ability to use and lead cycles of inquiry for continuous improvement, b) develop or utilize appropriate data systems to support continuous improvement, and c) diagnose and develop school-level uses of cycles of inquiry for continuous improvement. Our impact-oriented learning designs identify what will be impacted and data are collected to consider progress and, as necessary, adjust learning designs.

Key System-level Projects

Chicago Public Schools. We designed and delivered year-long or multi-year professional development for CPS Academic Chiefs, CPS Network Chiefs, and CPS Network Leadership Teams focused on PK-12 continuous improvement. We designed and facilitated year-long smaller networked learning communities focused on PK-12 continuous improvement for various groups of CPS Network Chiefs. We have provided leadership coaching to CPS senior leaders.

Evanston-Skokie District U-65. [need to describe the improvement metric project by Paul and Steve that was on CUEL website; if there is a story link to that story]

Green Bay Area Public School District. We designed and delivered multi-year professional development for Green Bay’s system-level leadership team focused on PK-12 continuous improvement.
