The leadership of Rockford Public Schools (RPS205) and Northern Illinois University (NIU) have lauded a new residency-based principal preparation program that was developed from technical assistance provided by UIC’s Center for Urban Education Leadership (CUEL). UIC’s CUEL Steven Tozer has been facilitating its design and launch.
This two year M.S. Ed Program allows students to complete masters degrees and they they obtain leadership coaching during their clinical experience from the Illinois Principal Association.
