In July, CUEL Director Shelby Cosner traveled to Liverpool and Southampton England as part of an invited exchange with leaders of the British Educational Leadership, Management, and Administration Society (BELMAS) during their annual meeting in Liverpool. Following this meeting, Cosner traveled to Southampton for a series of school visits to consider the organization of schools into large networks as an approach for supporting school improvement–particularly for schools that have been identified for improvement.
Cosner, along with several other US professors, also had the opportunity to engage with a group of UK students to talk about a variety of schooling issues. Read more about these exchanges here.
