Dr. Shoffner contributes to several CUEL continuous improvement and professional development projects. He is a leadership coach in the Ed.D. program in the Department of Educational Policy Studies. Shoffner is a former CPS principal, and he earned his EdD from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
