Kathleen Parkinson is a Research Specialist in the Center for Urban Education Leadership at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Kathleen is a former special education and gifted education teacher, with six years of experience serving school communities in Maricopa and Tempe, Arizona, and Chicago, Illinois. She earned her M.Ed. in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment, with a concentration in survey research methodology, at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Kathleen’s primary responsibilities include database design and management, survey design and collection, and data analysis.
